Collector Vault is a UK based Pokémon TCG and collectibles retailer based in Stafford. By placing an order or using our website you agree to the terms set out in this document. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Our Products
Collector Vault sells Pokémon Trading Cards, graded card slabs, sealed product and other collectibles. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph all items before listing them for sale.
All card conditions are clearly stated in each listing. If you are unsure about the condition of an item before purchasing please contact us and we will be happy to provide additional photos or information.
Please note that the Pokémon TCG market is subject to price fluctuation. We are not responsible for any changes in market value after a purchase has been made.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Collector Vault is VAT registered in the United Kingdom.
We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully received.
4. Orders
By placing an order with Collector Vault you are making an offer to purchase the item at the listed price. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please ensure your email address and delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as we cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer.
5. Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Full details of our shipping services, costs and estimated delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the Pokémon TCG market we are unable to accept returns on cards, sealed product or collectibles once an order has been fulfilled, except in the following circumstances:
- You receive an item that is significantly not as described
- You receive the wrong item
- Your item arrives damaged due to our packaging

7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped cancellations are subject to our Returns Policy. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Collector Vault website including images, text, logos and graphics is the property of Collector Vault unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
Collector Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo or any other rights holder. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
Collector Vault will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of any product sold on our website. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third party couriers once an order has been dispatched, however we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
10. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
Collector Vault reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
