Refund policy

Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Domestic UK shipping is fully tracked and insured. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the size and value of your order. For high value items such as graded slabs and chase cards, we use a fully insured, signed for service as standard to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or third party couriers once an order has been dispatched, however we will always do our best to assist you in tracking down your parcel.

Should an order be delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe we will work on your behalf to raise a claim with the courier and pass on any compensation received to you. Please note that couriers typically require 10 working days to pass before a claim can be raised.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost. Alternatively a refund will be issued minus the original postage cost.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the Pokémon Trading Card Game market, we are unable to accept returns on any cards, sealed product or collectibles once an order has been fulfilled. All card conditions are clearly described and photographed before listing and we encourage customers to ask any questions before purchasing.

This policy exists because the value of Pokémon cards can fluctuate significantly and we are unable to verify the condition of items once they have left our possession.

Exceptions — we will always make it right if:

  • You receive an item that is significantly not as described
  • You receive the wrong item entirely
  • Your item arrives damaged due to our packaging

In any of these circumstances please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly and fairly.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our returns policy above.


Delayed Orders

Should your order be delayed in dispatch, you are entitled to cancel at any point before shipping for a full refund. If your item is delayed in transit we will do everything we can to assist you.
